These general conditions of sale online, together with the conditions of delivery and payment of goods provided in this Site are an integral part of the contract of sale concluded between the user of the Site (hereinafter the Customer) and R.C.C. Richard Car Care.
R.C.C. Richard Car Care. We invite you to read carefully the General Conditions of Sale online. Every registered customer who orders from www.RichardCarCare.chaccepts the General Conditions of Online Sale.
1.Conditions for placing an order
The Customer placing an order for private use must be 18 years of age or older, solvent or legally authorized by parental or guardian authority.
The Customer placing an order for a Firm, Entity, Company must be 18 years of age or older, solvent and legally authorized by the person in charge of the Firm, Entity, Company.
R.C.C. Richard Car Care. It disclaims all liability in the event that incapacitated or unauthorized individuals act in violation of this rule.
The customer registers with their data, entering their name, surname, address, telephone number valid and truthful.
He also undertakes to modify his personal data whenever they are different or insufficient.
- Payment method
Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT.
The Customer can make payment of the amounts due online through STRIPE by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card and also through Twint.
Possibility of making payment by bank transfer.

Ability to order on invoice payable within 10 days of receipt. In case of non-payment after 10 days R.C.C. Richard Car Care reserves the right to charge additional fees (Payment on invoice is made after a minimum of 3 separate orders have been placed using the prepayment method, credit card and/or TWINT).
- Shipping and costs
R.C.C. Richard Car Care. Send the order after the payment has been made and the requested data has been found.
Regarding shipping costs The R.C.C. Richard Car Care reserves the right to apply for all orders under 50 francs a shipping charge of 10 francs (Shipment by post), while for orders over 50 francs the shipment is Free (Shipment by DHL).
Online sales take place only in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
For any damage not caused by R.C.C. Richard Car care we decline all responsibility and invite you to contact the competent shipping service (Post or DHL).
Foreign users can request by e-mail (richardcarcare@bluewin.ch) for purchases from abroad that will be processed by payment by credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or by Stripe account, with differences in prices, shipping costs and delivery times.
- Timing
The R.C.C. Richard Car care sends the order by Post and DHL. The R.C.C. Richard Car care is not responsible for any delays occurring during the transportation service. The R.C.C. Richard Car care is also not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses that preclude receipt of goods or additional costs of returns.
The orders placed by the registered customer and already available in the order completeness, will be sent within 24 hours after payment.
The orders placed by the customer and not available in the completeness of the order, will be sent only at the time of full availability of the order and payment.
The orders inserted from the customer and not available in the immediacy, will be sent only after the finding from R.C.C. Richard Car care to the respective suppliers. The R.C.C. Richard Car care is committed to procure the requested products in a reasonably short time, according to the availability at the usual suppliers.
- Prices
All prices quoted are in Swiss Francs including VAT.
All prices are valid for the period of validity of the catalog, except for writing errors, or calculation errors.
- Right of withdrawal
We grant a right of withdrawal to products purchased from us. The revocation must be made in writing (by e-mail) within 7 days of receipt of the goods. For compliance with the deadline, the time of mailing the revocation is decisive.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal results in the conversion of the purchase contract into a withdrawal relationship, whereby the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded.
In case of revocation, the goods must be returned immediately with the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. We will refund the purchase price to the customer immediately upon receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct compensation for any damage or excessive wear and tear from the purchase price to be refunded.
- Purchases, withdrawals, and recalls in Loco.
Purchases, withdrawals of goods purchased on the internet and on-site withdrawals are made only by appointment in writing (via E-mail, WhatsApp and our social channels).
- Protection of personal data
The R.C.C. Richard Car care undertakes not to disclose the personal data of the customer and to maintain professional secrecy for any negotiation of sale or request made.
- Modification of the general conditions of on-line sale
The R.C.C. Richard Car Care may modify, at any time and without notice, the content of the General Conditions of Sale on-line and of this document.
Any changes made will be valid from the date of publication on the Site, as stated in the heading of the General Conditions.
- Links to other websites
The R.C.C. Richard Car Care is not responsible for links to other websites, the content of their pages, products, services or other offers proposed therein.
- Merchandise
The R.C.C. Richard Car Care is not responsible for small defects such as color and material defects due to their own production.
