Description

It is a medium-strength polishing paste intended to remove medium surface scratches. With one-step paint correction, you can achieve a high degree of gloss. Removes oxidation from sandpaper with a P2000 grade. The homogeneous grain size of the abrasive material, which is ten times smaller than that of conventional abrasives, enables very high polishing performance and a high degree of gloss. Due to the technology used, polishing is very efficient and there is little dust. This significantly reduces the processing time on the surface. ADBL Super Polish has excellent finishing properties and leaves a mirror-like effect on paint. The water-based formula contains no silicones, fillers and waxes, which has a very positive effect on removing paint residue and dust generated during work. It leaves a transparent film that allows the progress of the work in progress to be checked. It is an ideal choice as a polishing paste for multi-step paint correction or as a single-step paste for medium-hard paints. ADBL Super Polish is a universal polishing paste that can be used with both rotary and dual-action polishers. Can be used with wool, foam or microfiber polishing pads. With the right combination of pad and machine, the surface is perfectly prepared for the application of protective paints or waxes. The pleasant banana scent makes the work pleasant.

Features:

  • Medium cut enamel.
  • Water-based.
  • Free of silicones, fillers and waxes.
  • Low dust formation.
  • Removes grinding marks from P2000.
  • Contents: 200 ml.
  • Fragrance: Banana.

Application:

  1. Attach the pad evenly to the backing plate.
  2. Apply 4 drops to the pad.
  3. Place the flat pad against the panel to be treated.
  4. Turn on the machine in the lowest gear without using much pressure and spread the dough over a maximum panel area of 40 x 40 cm.
  5. Increase the speed of the machine to 3-4 gears by gently increasing the pressure.
  6. Work steadily, maintaining the flat position of the pad on the paint.
  7. After the paste has been consumed, wipe off the residue with a gentle microfiber cloth.

NOTE:
Too much dough, too much pressure, or too high machine speed does not increase efficiency and can result in:
– Overfilling the pad,
– making the paste residue difficult to remove,
– Quick drying of dough and dusting,
– create so-called paste frames around the surface you worked on, which will be difficult to remove when dry.
